About Steinert Robotics

Steinert Robotics consists of a group of powerful young minds that share a common ground in the need to test their mental and physical limits. With the support of robotics teacher and coach, Dave Kohler, they have been able to compete in multiple competitions that have given them the opportunity to "strut their stuff." With a great amount of success in the FIRST Vex competition they were able to leave with an overall position of 4th place out of a total of approximately 32 opposing teams. Even as a rookie team, they were able to come out of it with the highly respected Inspire Award which gave them a invitation to the Championship Tournament in Atlanta, Georgia.

Though they are still preparing for the tournament in Atlanta, the group has also taken on the challenge of another tournament held at the Sovereign Bank Arena. They have been given a new and exciting challenge to attempt and are vigorously working to build the perfect robot to conquer and master this challenge. See FRC.

With their minds set on working and their hearts set on first place, there is definitely a lot of fire burning in these young souls. This program is not only giving them an outstanding opportunity and fun time now, but it is also giving them a chance to look into their futures and a few new doors to open.
